Seit 3 Wochen warte ich nun auf eine Antwort für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz, den ich dringend mieten möchte. Ich habe das Formular komplett ausgefüllt, ich kann absolut nicht begreifen, wieso man lieber die Parkplätze unvermietet lässt und gute immer pünktlich zahlenden Mieter wie mich so lange warten lassen muss.

Bisher haben wir keinen Anruf von Ihnen erhalten. Sollten Sie dennoch Interesse an einem Stellplatz haben, schreiben Sie bitte eine E-Mail an hausverwaltung@hvi-asimmobilien.de und nennen Sie Ihre Kontaktdaten. Oder senden Sie eine E-Mail an den zuständigen Kollegen, Sie können den Stellplatz besichtigen oder direkt anmieten. Bitte geben Sie im Betreff "TP-1741" an.

Wir können bisher keine "ungewöhnlichen" Minuspunkte vermelden... alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Reparaturen wurden prompt und korrekt erledigt (natürlich dauert es manchmal etwas, aber a) kommt das überall mal vor b) es waren nur "Kosmetik-Reparaturen", bei einem Notfall mit dem Wasser wurden am nächsten Morgen schon Reperaturen durchgeführt. Zudem liegt die Miete (unser Haus ist Bj. 82) immer im Rahmen des ortsüblichen Mietspiegels oder sogar etwas unter dem ortsüblichen Mietspiegel. Bei Fragen/Anliegen stehen immer gemeinsam Lösungen zur Verfügung.
