5 stars in all areas for Mr. Rüdt and ASCONDA!

Mr. Rüdt was always available to answer all my questions about real estate investments in a professional and friendly manner. I received transparent and open advice from him right from the start. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Rüdt explained to me exactly what the next step would be, so I knew exactly what to expect. That is important to me. I always had the feeling that I was being looked after honestly and competently.

All the necessary documents were provided quickly and communication with the bank, seller, notary and tenant was just as fast, reliable and comprehensive. I only had to provide the relevant documents at my end.

Even after the purchase, you are not left alone. The subsequent support, e.g. with the management of the property, is excellent. Reliable, friendly and courteous in all respects. A super all-round service. I can recommend Mr. Rüdt and ASCONDA without reservation and look forward to our next project.

Competent in all areas, Professional, Reliable, Honest, Friendly and courteous.
=Here are professionals at work

The "All-inclusive service" (consulting, financing, inspection, notary, clarification of all ambiguities, insurance, renting, etc.) can not be topped.
With your own little effort (compiling documents) you get the greatest possible success.

A special thanks goes to Mr. Reichel for the excellent support through the purchase as well as the further presence in the follow-up. We feel very well looked after and in good hands. We can always turn to Mr. Reichel and the entire ASCONDA team with confidence. We are extremely satisfied and will continue to choose ASCONDA for real estate purchases in the future.

Die Asconda hilft dir die besten Kapitalanlage zu finden, und begleitet dich über den kompletten Prozess.Auch nach dem Kauf wird man weiter betreut, da die Asconda auch die Hausverwaltung übernimmt. Das tolle ist, das man immer den gleichen Ansprechpartner bei Fragen oder Anregungen hat.

Ein besonderen Dank geht an Herr Rüdt für die super Kompetenz und die tolle Hilfe. Herr Rüdt war bei jeglichen Fragen für einen da und konnte jederzeit helfen.

Ich werde die Asconda jederzeit mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
