I was annoyed because the Sovita Granell product is no longer available. Customer service couldn't tell me why either. You used to be able to choose direct debit when paying and get a discount. This no longer exists, which is not customer-friendly, especially now that the products have become very expensive. It feels much more than the inflation rate.

We will take the feedback to heart.

Some products are discontinued in time because there is simply not enough demand for them. It was the same with Granell; our sovita OPC capsules would be a suitable alternative for antioxidants.
And yes, we had to increase some prices last year, unfortunately we couldn't avoid it. But this year, fortunately, we were able to reduce several prices again, valid from March 15, 2024.

Unfortunately, payment processing took several days despite immediate bank transfer. This was probably due to the accounting department. It's a pity that payment is only possible via external services and not by direct debit or invoice as in the past.

We are always open to criticism from our customers, this is the only way we can improve.
As a rule, parcels are dispatched within 1-2 days of ordering.
For purchases via the online store, payment by invoice or instant bank transfer is only possible with Klarna. If you buy directly from us by telephone, payment by invoice to us directly is still possible.
