Ms. Buzin shows impressive versatility and conveys her topics of motivation, employee satisfaction and personality development in an extremely lively and understandable manner. From the very beginning, she carried the employees along with her passionate manner. Numerous practical exercises helped to deepen the seminar content. This led to personal insights that have a lasting positive impact on the way employees work together. We will definitely use this seminar again to further consolidate the knowledge we have acquired. I believe that it would be extremely valuable for all managers to participate in such a seminar.

Ms. Buzin is genuine, refreshing and inspiring. She humorously packs valuable knowledge and always stays in a good mood. We had a whole team spirit supporting training day for 30 educators in the house. There was never a dull moment. Competently and with playful ease Mrs. Buzin completes her varied and very practical seminars. An entertaining treat and no empty phrases. She combines the topics of perception, personal leadership, sustainable development and the discovery of one's own personal nature with very vivid practical exercises. Absolute WOW effects when we worked together in groups. Communication, practical relevance and motivation at the highest level! Thank you very much Mrs. Buzin and we will be happy to come back again!

Astrid Buzin touched and moved me with her expertise and through her powerful attitude. She is a very close to nature, trusting coach and she has an infinite amount of knowledge (I mean the old, lost knowledge that hardly anyone has anymore).

She accompanies from "I feel remote controlled" to "I live self-determined", from a life dissatisfaction to a personal desired life, I can't express it any other way.

For me, the most valuable thing about it is the result of "taking back" one's life, of taking it into one's own hands again and no longer allowing external circumstances or inwardly anchored convictions - such as "that's what you do" - to dictate your life.

Astrid, you are wonderful!
