Punctual viewing appointments, which are carefully prepared. Professional and serious discussions with the buyer and seller. Competent preparation and discussion for the notary contracts. Ms. Schäfer has accompanied the sale of my apartment very well, compiled about documents and partially organized, made perfect photos, a great sales document, all visits, negotiations up to the notarial purchase contract and the handover to the new owner.
