I have returned my A6. I should 2500 Euro zurückbekommem because of little driven km. Now I have handed over the car without defects and scratches. I am a specialist in cars. Then it stannt at Audi 4 days next to the gas station in the open. Only now an expert opinion was made. Now 480 euros are to be deducted from me because the side panel on the right is scratched. Furthermore, it is claimed that I would have gotten summer tires me thereby 2800 euros are deducted. On the vehicle were only winter tires and the summer tires I bought privately. I was in the Audi house earlier, although I have submitted a proof for everything, you are treated there like a silly boy. Too bad Audi that was a weak performance. Never again Audi

It is correct and undisputed that you will receive a refund for the reduced mileage.
After handing in the vehicle on Friday afternoon, it was not possible for DEKRA to inspect and assess the condition of the vehicle. The DEKRA employee was only able to carry out the inspection on Tuesday, and we immediately sent you the condition report by e-mail. A summary of the condition on the day of return is objectively recorded in the report, the delivery condition (summer, all-weather or with and without winter wheels) is not known to the expert. For this, our sales consultant has already positioned himself in his mail on Tuesday (incl. expert opinion, evaluation with winter wheels), as well as that you will not incur any costs for the missing summer wheel set.
We have taken this fact into account in the calculation of the credit note.
Everything worked out great. After the renovation, the Audi Center looks more modern and structured. As always, friendly staff and coffee with Audi rings😉
