I waited over 5 weeks !!! waiting for my leased vehicle to be repaired, which I actually urgently needed for my company, as this is a delivery van. As a replacement I got a small
passenger car ( E-Corsa ) because nothing else was available. But I couldn't really do anything with it, high self-service and the leasing installments continued. There was no response to my email to Opel directly - not until today !!! Sad, as I have been an Opel customer for almost 30 years now, sometimes with several vehicles at the same time. However, the leasing company called me and told me that there was nothing they could do.
Well, I only give this positive assessment to the team at the branch because they really took care of me.
Opel itself has " failed" , I don't know whether I will stay with Opel in the future.
At the moment I still have a Zafira and 2 larger vans and a car from Citrön, where the service really fits. MfG Elektro-Fuchs
