I would have liked to have the final bill explained by a master. For that it still belongs to the extended warranty it was still quite expensive. I don't like the fact that I have to pay for a rental car in addition to the costs, because I'm having something done and it's not cheap. With public transport is the arrival and departure but hardly possible, because they do not run in my direction. I would like to thank especially the older service employee (the name escapes me), we now know each other umpteen years and she is always very nice and courteous and also takes enough time
Despite the difficult market situation, Mr. Poder was able to offer me a vehicle and still the vehicle exactly as I wanted the equipment minestend for a very fair price. He also knew how to adapt the rigid input form to the customer's wishes. Everything was very fast and my questions are always answered to the point. So far, I would recommend the Autocenter and the next vehicle also ask there first again.
The assessment of the price / performance ratio does not refer to the workshop. I just think that NISSAN has a particularly high price level. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with my Qashqai.
I find it amazing that at the car price the registration costs are demanded from us.
This was always part of the customer service at Nissan. Too bad, that clouds our joy in the new car!
A very friendly, competent and helpful sales consultant (Mr. Löschner); a good offer and quick handling of all formalities. We are very satisfied with the Qashqai so far after 1200 km of vacation driving.
Mr. Hohwieler has advised well and openly. The transaction went smoothly, the handover protocol for the used vehicle, which was particularly important to me, also worked well. Price-performance ratio was right.
This time I was not satisfied with the service. At pickup, there was no longer a competent employee who could tell me whether the defects in my car could be eliminated. Unfortunately, the menu, settings was also completely adjusted (factory settings?). Since I was so far actually always very satisfied with the service, I hope that this was a "slip "this time!?
The reception and the vehicle handover were not only factual, but also carried out competently and with expertise by Ms. Zach and the trainee. Mr. Karbowietzky went through all the steps with me at the car in a way that was easy to understand and yet quick; I was always in the picture. This was support that was of a high standard and very good quality. However, the term feedback bothers me, because I am not a baker. Comment or feedback would be more appropriate in my opinion.
