I would work with the Autocenter Dresden again, but unfortunately the service from Nissan Germany is not to be recommended. If you have a breakdown and follow the operating instructions, you lose your mobility guarantee. And in the Rosenheim area you are lost at Nissan if you come to the workshop with a breakdown.
What a pity.
I had an appointment at 3:30 pm, was 2 hours early and they promptly pushed me in to change my winter tires. I gained an important 1.5 hours as a result. Very good - I was very pleased about that. The service was great, as always at this dealership. Many thanks again to Team Autocenter Dresden in Bremer Straße.
When purchasing a new vehicle, Mr. Kay Grundig, as customer advisor, went to great lengths to organize the desired vehicle with the appropriate configuration. The personal atmosphere and friendliness as well as the courteous handling service during registration and handover deserve praise and recognition. With the highest level of satisfaction, we can only give the best recommendation for the support and the dealership.

The leasing offer for a Nissan Leaf (electric) as a new car was unbeatable. Processing and service were great. Unfortunately, the car is not satisfactory ( Navi does not work, battery EV goes into economy mode after 2 x charging and 300 KM, interior of the car starts again and again). For this, the Autocenter Dresden can not do anything.
