Due to a marten damage we could not start our vacation. The workshop has, probably despite tight timing, directly on the first day after the weekend and holiday all the levers in motion to repair the damage (insurance case) and thus save our vacation yet.
I deducted one point from the performance because my car was handed over to me with totally dirty and oil-smeared rims after the tire change. It is always very important to me to drive to the workshop with a clean car, so I was very horrified to see these dirty, oil-smeared rims.
After consulting with the shop, I was told that cleaning the rims would no longer be included.
I am firmly convinced that my rims were not so dirty at the time of delivery.
The purchase took place without a viewing appointment, so the assessment of the car by the seller was decisive. Was everything ok, appointments were met, the pickup was completely smooth.
