The purchase of a Junge-Sterne car was already pleasantly fair and problem-free in terms of contact and processing. However, I was particularly pleased with the subsequent problem - namely a Junge Stern warranty claim, which was ultimately settled for me in Hesse. The Hornung dealership showed such concern and made such an effort to resolve the problem that I don't often experience. Appointment wg. used car purchase was fixed, vehicle was nevertheless sold elsewhere afterwards, no feedback. Had I not called again, we would have driven over 90km for nothing. Reasons: Boss says everything must be sold immediately because of Corona, second reason: Branch sold vehicle without feedback. If you do not live nearby, I would consider whether the seriousness of the dealership is enough to make sustainable appointments.

We had our convertible (e250) for service, including brakes. On time processing! perfect service . A week later problems with the parking brake. After a quick call there was immediately a solution to our problem. Including free rental car. Perfect. Anytime again the customer service at Autohaus Hornung.

During my search for a vehicle, I came across Autohaus Hornung in Garmisch on mobile.de.
Since I live about 480 km away from Garmisch, all questions and the purchase transaction had to be clarified by phone, or by mail.
On the first call I had direct contact with Mr. Stichhaller, an extremely nice, friendly, competent and patient consultant and salesman. Mr. Stichhaller provided me with all the information, additional pictures came quickly and in detail by mail. In the end we came to an agreement and so the purchase was made.
I drove to Garmisch with a rental car to pick up the vehicle. Since I had to return the rental car before, a friendly employee of Autohaus Hornung picked me up at the rental station and brought me back again.
For the vehicle handover, Mr. Stichhaller took enough time, explained the vehicle to me and answered all my questions to the smallest detail. For the drive home, Autohaus Hornung also provided me with short-term license plates including comprehensive insurance free of charge.
Finally, I would like to thank everyone involved once again for the advice, purchase transaction and the wonderful time of handing over the vehicle.

Hello, unfortunately, I can not recommend this car dealership in any case.
As a buyer of a year-old car, I was accused in writing of deception by the service manager (have photographed oil dipstick) because I carried out an oil level check and found that the oil level was much too low as well as no oil service was carried out as agreed and so the car Mercedes Citan was handed over to me on 30.11.18. I would rather express how I was treated on the phone because this is anything but friendly.
How they dealt with me on the phone I would rather not express because this is anything but friendliness with the customer deals.
Bonus points such as 50.-€ voucher I will send back because I will never take this car dealership in claim.
