If you have been coming to the Neff dealership for 11 years and you have a problem with your Opel Mokkka, you are treated by unqualified staff and you have to pay 160 euros for this diagnosis (maybe it's the gearbox causing the noise in 5th and 6th gear) and nobody can tell you what the repair would cost. Then I have to say it is an indictment of this dealership.

Unfortunately, they neglected to tell me that my brand new wheel trims were damaged during disassembly. As a regular customer, I would have at least expected that.
I would like to say a big thank you to Mr. Weizel. As my father was unable to buy a new car due to his health, I had to buy him a car with a general power of attorney. The transaction with Mr. Weizel went very smoothly and we were able to pick up the car quickly. My father is happy with his Opel Astra.
On 02.11.2023 I ordered a new Crossland from Mr. Markus Bethmann with the same equipment as my previous Crossland. Unfortunately, this does not apply to the equipment of the new one.
1. the trailer coupling ordered at the time was not fitted when I picked it up on 20.06.24
2. the exterior mirrors cannot be folded in electronically.
3. the green sticker on the windshield has a different license plate number printed on it.
4. the second key does not have a remote control like the previous one.
I am therefore very disappointed with Opel, as I have already bought at least six cars from Autohaus Neff. My siblings also bought their cars from the salesman Paul Haberl and were very satisfied.
I was very satisfied when I picked up the car from Mr. Chmelicek.
Topic: REPLACEMENT key.
On 15.4.24 I was with the defective key (rubber cover on remote control was broken (quality ???)). New key ordered against prepayment (212,61EURO expensive !) Key should be there in about 2 weeks? I asked again on 13.5.24. Was put off until the end of May! I asked again on 3.6.24 (I will be called back when the key is there). On 3.7.24 I finally got an appointment for key programming (paid another 32.13 EURO!). Annoying when such an action takes almost 11 weeks !!!
Super competent car salesman Mr. Hohlbauch, who goes to great lengths and takes time to answer any questions. I would gladly buy a car from him again and again.
Very good sales advice and processing in all respects. The discount on the vehicle was simply unbeatable. I will definitely recommend Autohaus Neff to others.
The work delivered was good, but the consultation was not complete afterwards.
Why? I assumed from the consultation that all the work had been completed. Afterwards, however, I was told that I would have to organize the TÜV registration for the modifications myself. That was absolutely unsatisfactory, I should have known that beforehand or I was given a different impression beforehand. That was not good.
The situation is particularly bad when bringing the car . There are hardly any parking spaces available . There is also very little space when entering the car dealership.
