Yesterday, Mr. Christian Schaar handed over my new used car to me and took delivery of my old but well-served car in exchange. He answered all my questions with a lot of patience and perseverance and explained the new vehicle to me competently and with attention to detail and also helped me to set up certain services.
Overall, I can say that I was very satisfied with his work and also with the service of the dealership and can therefore recommend him and the dealership without reservation.

After our Tiguan no longer wanted to accelerate on the A72, we were towed to the Rudolph dealership. After just a few minutes, the cause was found and could also be eliminated after a short time.
We were served by the friendly and competent staff. Further trip went without problems.

Die Freundlichkeit in Ehren , leider kann ich nur jeden Käufer eines Gebrauchten zur Vorsicht mahnen! Einen schicken Gebrauchten gekauft ,nur wenige Kilometer gefahren und im Urlaub mit einer Rechnung von rund 1000€ beglückt. Begründung : ...Kauf ist 10 Monate her 👍.

Had our car for service and oil change with you everything went well even with the loaner car. What bothered me a bit during the pickup is that you were pointed out several times you have washed the car and vacuumed out and free of charge. This is part of the good service and is also a matter of course for me.

We took delivery of our new used car yesterday. Everything worked out great from the inspection to the purchase of my "old" used car to the handover of the new car. Advice and communication was very good despite the current situation. A special thanks goes to the seller Mr. Fitz. He was always nice and courteous, gave us good advice and put together the right offer for us. Also a big thanks to the employees from the workshop and preparation, who prepared the car very well for the handover. A service that you don't have everywhere. The long journey was definitely worth it. I am very satisfied with the vehicle so far, maybe the next one will also be bought at Autohaus Rudolph. Thank you very much!

For questions he was very open , advice and sale was very good . The overall impression of the dealership is very satisfactory.
