Everything went smoothly, but I've been chasing people for 2 months because a promised edge protector has not yet been delivered. On the phone I had a lady on the phone and she wanted to forward me, but instead they hung up. Impossible, something like that.
Unfortunately, Opel has had delivery problems, which was very annoying. For this, however, the dealership can not help. At all times I was friendly and competent Betreut and super advised from the beginning. Thank you!

We went to Weller 6 years ago and wanted to buy a Hyundai Tucson. My wife and I stood in the showroom like counterfeit money. No one asked us what we wanted and said in passing, there are the Tucson. At Brunold we were very well advised and got a full equipment within a short time. The second Tucson we bought at Weller in LB, because we were very well served by a former Brunold employee. The 3rd Tucson (2021) we have bought at Stieber, because we were told at Weller the one we want has a delivery time of at least half a year, Stieber provided it in 10 days. So much for customer service.
The young gentleman at the customer order acceptance was really very knowledgeable extremely friendly attentive and very polite !!!! A very big compliment for that.
Mr. Somonetti was , as always, very friendly and courteous.
The feedback from the workshop because of a recall of my vehicle (Tuscon NX4 Hybrid)
was impeccable. Machine is running again trouble free.

We have been a customer of the Weller company for years, and to our complete satisfaction.
The only thing to complain about is that the company Weller now requires a Covid flat rate.
We do not find this in order.
