Unfortunately, I stood when I wanted to deliver the car on my appointment over 15 minutes at the reception (was 8:30 not occupied). Several employees walked past me (salesmen have sat together in another corner and chatted) and have only asked a gentleman in the sales room if they can help him further. I as a woman was ignored (although I looked around clearly searching!) until a nice employee took care of me...

I have been a regular customer for over 40 years. The communication, advice and handling by Mr. Ellenberger was exemplary. Come back anytime if needed!

Service, service, understanding, speed, reliability

somehow the branch in meglingerstrase makes a dying impression -- service is offered from 7:30 a.m. - but at 9 a.m. the pc's are only booted up -- car is reported as ready at 12:30 p.m. due to lunch break of the only employee at the counter, but pickup is only requested from 2:30 p.m. onwards

Chaotic car parking facilities.
Service advisor no longer in the house at pickup.
At previous inspections the car was washed, this time not.

We were absolutely satisfied. We have handled everything online until pickup and Mr. Doberan was always friendly and there were no problems in any point. At pickup, the money was not yet from our bank on the bank of the dealership and even then we were always well looked after and there were no problems on the part of the dealership. Mr. Doberan and also Mr. Busch are absolutely friendly and took good care of us during the time and stood by us. I would buy a car there again in the future and can only recommend the dealership.
