Unfortunately, I stood when I wanted to deliver the car on my appointment over 15 minutes at the reception (was 8:30 not occupied). Several employees walked past me (salesmen have sat together in another corner and chatted) and have only asked a gentleman in the sales room if they can help him further. I as a woman was ignored (although I looked around clearly searching!) until a nice employee took care of me...

I have been a regular customer for over 40 years. The communication, advice and handling by Mr. Ellenberger was exemplary. Come back anytime if needed!

No backtalk simply said come by tomorrow, we'll do it. All staff/employees very friendly & reliable. I can not understand some bad resentionen. Sorry am there for years & never had a problem. Service, service, understanding, speed, reliability

somehow the branch in meglingerstrase makes a dying impression -- service is offered from 7:30 a.m. - but at 9 a.m. the pc's are only booted up -- car is reported as ready at 12:30 p.m. due to lunch break of the only employee at the counter, but pickup is only requested from 2:30 p.m. onwards

Lady at the reception very helpful and friendly. Due to the large number of parallel activities, however, somewhat overwhelmed.
Chaotic car parking facilities.
Service advisor no longer in the house at pickup.
At previous inspections the car was washed, this time not.
