If the company Kuttendreier promises when handing over the vehicle for inspection on the same day ready, then I personally find it as not quite successful, if the vehicle is then only1 1/2 days later ready. Even more so when the customer states that he urgently needs his vehicle the next day. Since one could suggest also a new date, at which the work can be accomplished then in 1 1/2 days. And the remark that the MHD of the dressing bag in the trunk expired, is probably not so important, if at the same time behind the driver's seat a normal first-aid kit in the car lies, which has a MHD to 11/2024. Otherwise, there was no reason for complaint.
The gentleman who has made the workshop order with me, has hardly talked, and if then he has complained, in addition, he has not explained to me why certain services are not included in the Ford flat rate, which must then be paid, although one is in the belief that all inspections, except wear parts of course, are included. Has then explained to me the friendly lady at the reception the following day succinctly. Therefore, I am very satisfied despite everything. Because z.b. the work and the other consulting style were always perfect.

This is a mistake - information I have not yet received a new vehicle because this has not yet been produced. It would be great if the customer would be kept up to date. Actually you should be able to do that via the Ford Passport, but that is not possible. If you look at my history with Ford, it should be possible to keep the customer informed in a more binding way. Here I exclude my contact person Mr. Ljuboja, who at least passes on the sparse information.
We were supported and advised by Mr. Khader both in the return and the new purchase with complete satisfaction. At the handover of the new car Mr. Khader took a lot of time to explain everything in detail and to our complete satisfaction!
The registration worked very well this time in the 2nd attempt, thanks to a competent employee.
In the course of the last year, it was difficult several times to make myself understood to the partner on the phone. Requests for callbacks were not honored. "we call you back" period and that was it.
