I was told I could get 90 minutes of cleaning every 2 weeks. This was not accurate. When I finally found a staff member that could clean in a competent way, those staff also tried to leave after only 60 minutes. When I told the supervisor that I would get a door monitor (not a camera, just a door alarm) to prove when someone was in my apartment, they fired me as a client with zero time to find a new situation. They also did not inform me that I would be better off getting a professional cleaning service, I wasn't even aware this was an option until I consulted with another care service. So, they didn't give me important information, and they acted as if I was a criminal when I asked for the staff to work for the entire time I was paying for!

Unfortunately, however, we cannot fully understand your evaluation. Our employees always stay the agreed time. On one single occasion, our colleague stayed for 85 minutes, otherwise she always stayed for at least the agreed 90 minutes. In addition, we are very surprised about your evaluation, because in personal exchange with you we were always of the opinion that you were very satisfied with our service.
Unfortunately, a door monitor that can be mistaken for a camera is not in compliance with data protection and interferes with the self-determined freedom of our colleagues not to want to be recorded.
We did not advise you to hire a professional cleaning service, as you would have had to pay for this service out of your own pocket and would not have been billable via the nursing care insurance funds.
We ask you to reconsider your assessment and, if necessary, contact us to discuss your case.
Thank you very much and best regards
