Appointment was Friday, Thursday I would call and was asked if they could reschedule for Tuesday. Came also Tuesday. The price was set on the phone that was but apparently too little, it came another 250 euros for the apartment and 250 for the basement in addition. They said I would not have to stay. Since I lived 40 km away, I assumed that everything would go well and I could go home. I was shown a video where everything looked OK. Then came the nasty surprise, all the curtain rods were still on. In the bathroom still hung a cabinet, lamp and various other things. In the storage room a shelf had not been dismantled and removed. I was told 5 times that they would definitely come then and then, but it was just empty promises. After I contacted the AWL and complained, I assumed that I would hear something or that some of the money would be returned, but unfortunately neither. I am disappointed and would not recommend this company. I write this so that more people do not fall for the sweet promises that are not kept.
Although you were satisfied with the quality and speed of the work done, it seems that the lack of documentation and receipt for cash payment was a problem. Transparent and clear communication of costs and payments is essential for good business practice.
