We celebrated a family birthday party with over 70 people, including many children, at the Theodor Schwartz Haus. The service, catering and facilities were excellent and there were no problems; we were able to find constructive solutions to all our wishes with our contacts. Many thanks to the TSH team!

The Theodor-Schwartz-Haus is perfect for families (playhouse and playground for children), but also very suitable for seminars. The large, very suitable seminar rooms leave nothing to be desired. The very quiet location close to the Baltic Sea shore is beautiful.

A beautiful accommodation with friendly staff in a prime location for a vacation on the Baltic Sea. The rooms are lovingly decorated and have a small kitchenette for self-catering. There is a sumptuous buffet in the morning and evening and coffee and cake in the afternoon. The extensive grounds offer plenty of play opportunities for children.

A very well-kept complex in beautiful surroundings. The Baltic Sea is within walking distance. A nature trail along the cliffs offers beautiful views of the sea. There are many interesting excursion destinations in the surrounding area, which can be reached in a few minutes by car. The staff are courteous and friendly. You will be spoiled with a varied and diverse menu. The rooms are clean and comfortably furnished and have a small outdoor area with a view and garden furniture. The price-performance ratio is good. I would love to come back.

The ladies at reception were very friendly and answered all my questions about the booking by email or on the phone. The breakfast is very good, but I wouldn't call the New Year's brunch a brunch, as the only hot dishes were scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. We had booked 4 double rooms and in all of them the TV did not work, unfortunately it was not possible to repair it, for whatever reason. All in all, however, it was a very nice stay and perfectly fine for the price.

Thank you for your feedback. The failure of the TV equipment on Saturday 30.12.2023 was unfortunately due to a defective distribution device that disrupted the system in the house you were staying in. Unfortunately, this could only be remedied by our IT support, which was only available again from 02.01.2024, the day of your departure. We very much regret this and apologize for this.

The grounds and rooms are barrier-free. Bathrooms in some rooms are handicapped accessible. We were repeatedly accommodated in the captain's cabin, rooms, bed linen/towels very clean. Furnishings a little dated but not worn out.
Breakfast was okay and the New Year's menu was very good and varied.
Thank you we will be back.
