At first, I was skeptical about starting the first period of training in a training center. But after the first week it was clear that it is better for the beginning, because the instructors can take their time and are not exposed to the stress of a production or company.
On the one hand, they had a very large machine park (stationary drilling, milling and turning machines) and everyone had their own workbench with tools for which one was responsible.
The instructors were strict at first, but always had an open ear for problems and questions and were also happy to explain something 3 or 4 times if you didn't understand it.
I especially liked the fact that you were presented with a good concept. There was digital content that gradually explained everything and then the corresponding practical tasks.
I thought it was better that way, because you always had a reference to what you had to do and what it was needed for.
In addition, there were several basic training courses for pneumatics, electrical engineering, electropneumatics, Din Pal etc.
The exam preparation was also awesome. There were so many mock exams that you were allowed to do there during the prep time that I didn't have to do anything for the intermediate exam at home^^.
In summary, I got a top basis for the beginning in my company, learned a lot of new things. The location was always easy to reach and I also met new friends through the many trainees :) I can only recommend AZH.
