I am very satisfied! We had a good connection from the beginning, which was not insignificant for me in such personal matters. But what really matters is the performance when something happens and not the sales blah-blah. And that's where Roman was always able to excel in a solution-oriented way.
Nevertheless, I do not give the maximum points everywhere, because his additional sales do not really appeal to me(!!) and sometimes almost annoy me, even though I understand them from his business point of view. Of course, just this will be a big plus for other customers who have needs in areas such as wealth accumulation.
But that's really just a side note, and if you've made it clear that you actually only want certain insurance products, Roman will also respect that professionally.
In sum, I do not regret my decision to have changed to him, because performance, competence and reliability fit 100%. Therefore, a clear recommendation for anyone who is thinking of switching.
