I was skeptical at first because the range of services sounded too good, but we and several of our customers now use the Baden Collect service. Everyone agrees that both the creditors and debtors are absolutely satisfied. Professional and humanly pleasant communication with realization rates that leave the previously used service providers far behind. Conclusion: Absolutely recommendable!

We have not been customers of Mr. Wittmer for long. I was skeptical at first. No cost risk, even for claims under 50 euros (we have the most there; others rejected the), sounds too perfect. But we first used Baden Collect for a test, as offered. Result: no empty promises. No costs for us in case of non-success. In case of success, full payout of the main claim and half of the additional claims. That is really something to be proud of. I was also surprised by the success rate.

I can recommend the Baden Collect team around Marc Wittmer without reservations. SERVICE ORIENTATION is always a top priority here. The contact persons are personally available at all times, always eager to help and highly trained. For us in many respects the ideal and reliable partner. I recommend especially small and medium-sized companies as well as associations to cooperate with us from my own experience, because here know-how and professional expertise meet on eye level. Dealing with defaulting debtors is also consistently professional, at eye level, and the results are convincing all along the line. If you want to outsource your receivables management intelligently and save yourself a lot of time and work, you should call Baden Collect. The conditions are extremely fair, transparent at all times and the handling is efficiently organized in a modern way. So a clear recommendation from me!

I couldn't believe that at first, but it's actually true. Even with the smallest claims, I have zero risk and can confidently hand over my claims for less than 10.00 euros. MEGA! Writing off amounts is now a thing of the past for me and my cash register is happy!
