Your employees are always very friendly and in the end was also paid. Unfortunately, I find the waiting time really inappropriate and an imposition. I had to call several times and ask for the distance. I was put off again and again, and still nothing happened, because I always pay my bills on time I also expect from my insurance a faster performance in case of damage. For these reasons, I can unfortunately not recommend Balunos.

I have had a very good experience. Took a little while for everything to be completed, but everyone on the phone was very nice and helpful. I only wish in the future that emails are responded to a little faster. Then everything is perfect. :)

In our case, the insurance was very important - even if we would have liked a different outcome regarding our dog. The biggest point of criticism is the, from our point of view, excessively long processing time without the possibility to speak with a case worker, e.g. over 6 weeks for the processing of a rabies vaccination. However, once you have reached the person in charge, the processing is very quick and is carried out by very friendly employees. In this context, many thanks to Mrs. Bonet for her empathetic manner.

I first had my doubts because the refund took a really long time and I also got no answer to my mails. By phone, the customer service was then but totally nice and everything worked. The waiting time is of course stupid but should improve again.

The processing of my first application was slow, but this was possibly not only due to the high workload, but also due to various questions that still needed to be clarified. My telephone queries were always answered in a very friendly and solicitous manner; the veterinary bill was ultimately reimbursed in full.

We had filed a claim in April and updated all bills regularly.
We have been reimbursed for all invoices submitted. Unfortunately, it took 4 months. Otherwise, we are very satisfied.

There is only one comment .The point deductions are actually only blame the weak communication of the veterinary practice itself .But even that is excusable at the current mass rush with sick animals . We were otherwise very well and politely advised. An animal health insurance we can really only urgently advise in these times! We remain of course gladly with Balunos and feel for the time being correctly well cared for and advised. Thank you Fam. Fuhrmann

I am satisfied.
After the surgery, we received an email wishing our dog a speedy recovery and asking us to sign a release of confidentiality with the vet, so we were untroubled by all the paperwork as the vet took care of everything. Then a few weeks later we got the feedback that the process was connected and billed directly with the vet.
No unnecessary back and forth. So that we could fully concentrate on our bitch.

I am completely satisfied.
