Barbara has been accompanying me through big and small crises for a few years now. She manages with a combination of pure understanding, professionalism and the right methods to let me come out of everything stronger. She reinforces my own strengths and simply helps me to get a clear view in the hustle and bustle of today's world. I have enjoyed about a year and a half of coaching sessions/psychological counseling with Barbara and she has managed with a lot of empathy, but also clear, direct (sometimes provocative, but always within the framework of what was necessary for me, without overwhelming me) confrontation, to bring me into action and break the stalemate in my life. She always provided helpful, new impulses and thus moved something that many years of psychotherapy were NOT able to do.
Also the use of parts of clinical hypnosis was very liberating in many ways.
