Very approachable, appreciative and with real expertise on the subject. Great hands-on exercises that have immediate effects and can also be applied well in everyday life.

Regarding the above evaluation, I would like to point out that the seminar was led by Ms. Ariane Siegel and my grade is based on her performance. Ms. Siegel conveyed the topics planned in the seminar as well as those suggested by us in a well understandable manner, with examples from practice (and from life) , in an uncomplicated manner and with a small portion of humor. It was never boring, uninteresting or tedious.
I was also able to take away a few things for myself, and thanks to the "mnemonic bridges" that were conveyed, I can also easily recall them from memory if necessary.
Thank you, it was a really worthwhile day.
