At the beginning of the year, I was supposed to buy out my grandparents' house at short notice so that they in turn could buy an apartment in the assisted living home. First I was directly with various banks, which promised very bad conditions (about 2.4% --> at the time still high). They also did not really specifically address the issue of "selling within the family" and were not bothered to find a better solution.
When I then came to XPERT, I was able to work out a goal-oriented solution together with Mr. Steenken. Through various experiences and tricks of Mr. Steenken, we were able to significantly increase the market value of the house (was good in my case, I did not have to pay the full market value and I could give the bank higher security on paper).
We could thereby achieve a condition of approx. 1.5%. Mr. Steenken saved us a high 5-digit amount over the entire loan period.
In the phase in which the documents had to be submitted to the bank quickly, in order not to get a condition increase imposed, Mr. Steenken was "Around the clock" until the night hours for me there. This meant that we were able to submit the documents on time at the last minute. This also saved us several thousand €.
I can recommend Mr. Steenken 100%. His competence, willingness to work and friendliness can hardly be surpassed. Therefore, there are definitely 5 stars for both XPERT and Mr. Steenken!
With a possible reorganization loan in the next few years, I will definitely go to him again!
