Absolutely recommended for restoring wooden floors. Sanding damaged old wooden floorboards-dust free. Incredible! Softwood floor is like new! Had kept putting this work off because I kept hearing about lots of dust from other (cheaper) contractors. I did not want in the kitchen-living area in any case, could not move out during the work. Competent advice, reasonable price. For questions -even after completed job, - prompt and super friendly advice. These are professionals. Highly recommended.
We were very skeptical about dust-free sanding, because we simply could not imagine it due to previous experiences with parquet sanding. But Mr. Höfling did not promise too much. On the contrary - we can report 100% dust-free work. Of course, we are absolutely thrilled about this and the result has exceeded all expectations. Our floor really looks like newly laid. We had our existing parquet floor sanded and re-oiled by Mr Höfling and his son. They did it absolutely professionally and neatly. The dust during sanding was really minimal, in the adjacent open kitchen we could bake meanwhile, the sanding was de fact dust-free!
The new baseboards were also neatly installed!
In the aftermath, you even came and repaired two more "wind holes" at no additional cost.
