I have been with the practice since it opened; at the beginning as a pain patient in physiotherapy. Then physio still cervical spine surgery and already longer in REHA sports with the trainer Tünde, who really tries very hard to respond to each individual and his physical complaints. She is the best trainer I have met in over twenty years of pain management and I am already sad when my prescription for REHA Sport ends.
Also a big praise to the whole BE5 team and their leader Florian Strater.

100% satisfaction: from friendliness when contacted by phone, to quick appointment scheduling, to professional successful treatment. The whole atmosphere is always friendly and relaxed. I felt very comfortable from the first to the last treatment and will definitely recommend the practice!

I have already tested many physio practices in Mönchengladbach, but I like this one the best so far. The rooms are very lovingly decorated and you have a beautiful view over the city. The young and dedicated team is very friendly and helpful and I immediately felt comfortable. I had a very good feeling during my therapy, because already after the third treatment I could move much better and the numbness in my fingers was also gone. I was also shown helpful exercises to do at home to make good use of the days between treatments. I can recommend the practice with a clear conscience and wish everyone to be like me, pain free and more mobile!!! Thank you to the whole team, you do a great job!

I switched to the at that time still 'new' studio of the Gesundheitsschmiede in the summer of 2019, because I was no longer satisfied in the physio practice I had visited until then. On my first visit I was welcomed by a fresh, open and motivated team. After initial consultations and treatments, I realized that I was in the right place and that this was where I would be receiving my endless physio treatments. I enjoy the high quality of treatments in a friendly, relaxed and clean environment - and appreciate scheduling flexibility.
Due to illness, I can no longer do my old recreational sports. Here, it came in handy that Be5-Physio was in the process of building a whole new fitness area. Since fall 2019, I have been training here regularly in an absolutely pleasantly private and quiet atmosphere. In addition, the professional competence of the present trainers spurs me to come back.
An extraordinary praise goes to the current handling in the 'Be5', regarding the rules of conduct in Corona times. The physio department as well as the fitness studio are in my opinion top in terms of 'hygiene' and can be recommended without hesitation.

This was my first time at the practice. After I was personally welcomed, I went to the treatment room without much waiting time. I really enjoyed the treatment because I felt 100% comfortable. Afterwards, I received tips and exercises to do at home.
Already after a week, the first improvements showed.

I have been looking for competent physiotherapists who can help me for many years. Fybromialgia, herniated discs and osteoarthritis are my diagnoses. Especially the fybro makes my life extremely difficult. Until now, no one could help me, except now the practice of Mr. Strater. Through different treatment methods we have now found what really helps me. After 6 treatments so far, I am 80 percent pain-free. My life is worth living again. In addition, you can also make many offers in terms of sports and flex fitness and the lovely team has expertise and tips on everything that promotes health. The person is in the foreground. Many thanks for the treatments so far and the support in everything. The whole team has made the profession by vocation, that is rare nowadays. Thank you, see you soon 👍😊

I was treated at the Health Forge for a long time, with a wide variety of physical challenges, and today I would like to give something back.
My conclusion:
Whether physiotherapists or receptionists, everyone was extremely friendly and what struck me especially - here you find humanity, warm-heartedness and empathy.
Here, not only the body, but also the emotional level is addressed in order to resolve the physical complaints.
Due to the different trainings of the physiotherapists, you are in the best hands at the Gesundheitsschmiede, no matter with which aches and pains you have to fight, here you are guaranteed to find the right help.
In addition, at that time a conversion to a new gym was underway there , which would have to have reopened today (31.08.2019), since I myself am from the health industry, I know this concept, which is offered there new.
This studio will surely now offer patients a place after or during treatment to keep his body optimally fit.
I wish the team of the Gesundheitsschmiede much success with the new studio and say thank you for your great help.

After a friend recommended this practice to me, I went there to get my physical therapy prescription filled.
I have not had to wait for any of my 6 appointments. The physiotherapy room is well equipped and offers many possibilities and good equipment. My therapist (Mr. Strater) walked me through the exercises and helped me in the long run. There is also a sports area there that you can use privately. There are super modern machines with which you can gently build muscle and stay fit. Very modern practice, which I aufjedenfall recommend to everyone!

I had a total of 6 appointments in this new physiotherapy practice and am completely satisfied!
The practice is beautiful and so you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The staff, as well as the owner of the practice make an extremely competent impression. I was particularly positively surprised by the modern treatment equipment (e.g. a back scanner that analyzes the spine and indicates weak points). The treatment made me pain-free again and I got good tips on how to stay pain-free in the future.
All in all, my experience was positive and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
