Man hat mir dort einfach den Raum dafür gelassen, mich zu erholen und neu zu erfinden.
Auch wenn ich von den zahlreichen Angeboten nicht viele genutzt habe, so war das Team doch stets da, wenn ich jemanden gebraucht habe!
Ein besonderer Dank dafür, geht an Frau Beyer (Personalabteilung) für ihre schnelle und kompetente Hilfestellung bei allen Fragen und an Kristin Stein (persönliche Beraterin) für ihre tollen und inspirierenden Gedanken die sie mit mir geteilt hat.
Hierauf gründete sich meine neue Lebenseinstellung.

Macht so weiter und behaltet vor allem euren Humor.
Ich fühlte mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

The webinars offered were great (e.g. Fit for the virtual interview, Introduction Xing, Introduction LinkedIn). I only spoke to my consultant 2x for 1 hour. 1x to improve my cover letter/resume and 1x before my first phone interview. Both took place only on demand by me. I would have expected more initiative and at least an inquiry about how things are going with my applications etc. After a few e-mails, the costs for further training were covered. If you proactively ask for things, everything worked out, so all in all GOOD.

I only worked with the team briefly, and it certainly seemed structured. Speed in inquiries were rather only satisfactory. A promised USB stick never arrived. The invoices were correct, but unfortunately there were delays here as well. Salary came on time and correctly calculated. I would say there is still room for improvement in Berlin.
