Poor
We (5 people) arrived by train. When we went to pick up the key to the apartment (4 pm), we were told that the apartment was not yet ready for occupancy, as it was still being cleaned.
It was not foreseeable when we could move in.
When we asked if we could leave our luggage, we were told that there was no possibility.
So we moved through Duhnen with our luggage (after all, 5 people).
About 11/2 hours later, we were told that the apartment would now be free (which smelled strongly of intensive cleaning agents, and we had to ventilate very long).
We would have been pleased about a more friendly and solution-oriented approach.
So now our conclusion is: NEVER AGAIN !!!

The apartment is very nicely furnished with everything you need and was also very clean. The location is optimal, close to the beach and the Duhn town center, but still very quiet. I felt very comfortable there. The rental was very uncomplicated and everything worked out great. The contact with Berger Touristik was very pleasant and always friendly.

Both the location with direct view of the Grimmershörner Bay and maritime road as well as the equipment and cleanliness of the apartment were excellent. The staff in the service office was also very friendly.

We had already rented the apartment Scharnhörn Riff 16 once and were then totally thrilled with the high-quality and comfortable apartment, which is very close to the beach. This time we liked the stay with some drawbacks. The toilet flush did not go z. Part and after consultation with the contact person was aware of the error and could not be repaired in the same week (ok, but why is not disclosed directly at key delivery?). You could flush, but not the water-saving button, because it hooked and the water did not stop flushing.
The wifi unfortunately did not work so well either. In the living room you had a little reception, in the other rooms as good as not at all. The TV kept showing a dash through the picture in between, which was quite annoying in the long run.
We have full understanding for a final cleaning price of 80 euros, especially since especially in today's time and rising inflation the work should be properly rewarded, but why does the tenant have to leave the apartment next to the normal preparations, such as bsp. empty garbage and clean dishes away even the apartment "staubsaugerrein"? We vacuumed this morning before and then the cleaning team already came to meet us. We did not find that so great and suggest to include this service in the final cleaning price.

On the whole, we are still quite satisfied and are already looking forward to the next vacation in Duhnen.

on behalf of our entire team, we would like to thank you for your detailed feedback. We appreciate it very much that you have taken so much time.

We are very happy to hear that you are "rebookers" of the apartment Scharhörn-Riff - 16. We agree that you could have received the information about the flushing toilet directly upon arrival. The tip about the W-LAN you have hopefully also told our colleagues on site. Otherwise, we could have given you an amplifier to provide a quick remedy. Of course, we take this but also check the TV.

The final cleaning costs for years with us all-inclusive 80.00 euros. With over 30 years of experience, we know that guests leave very different vacation homes. Some have half the beach with them in the apartment, others treat the apartment as their own. The initial vacuuming of the guest before departure facilitates our departure processes for the final cleaning. This would otherwise only take longer to ensure our cleaning standard for the next arriving guest. However, we are happy to take your advice to communicate more clearly background information. So these are hopefully more comprehensible for you.

It is important for us that you had a nice and relaxing vacation. We would be happy to convince you of our quality and service during your next vacation in Duhnen.

The team of Berger Touristik is all around competent, reliable and dependable. One remains calm and solution-oriented even with problems. Great!!! Unfortunately, the team could not help this time with the shortcomings of the apartment, but no problem of the company Berger.
