I had the challenge that I wanted to lose weight in the first place (about 10kg) and also increase my fitness level so that I could feel good again. As a former athlete, I just didn't feel fit anymore, but after one or two attempts I needed professional help to tackle this. In particular, it was difficult for me because I have a demanding job as a manager and therefore little free time. I had not been able to combine this with sports in the last few years. Bernd then developed a concept consisting of short daily exercises that I could incorporate into my (work) routine, and weekly training plans that were constantly changing and remained challenging. In addition, he gave me various methods with which I could easily change my diet and reduce my weight by almost 10kg so far, despite building up muscles. My fitness level is also back to a level it hasn't been in years and I feel good again. I will continue to work with Bernd to take a few more steps to improve this leve a bit more and then keep it. It was worth it, even if it was not always easy!
