BESONDERE ORTE that are several event locations, a lunch location and a restaurant - all located in the heart of Berlin. For more than 20 years we have been hosts with passion.
The location itself is very beautiful indoors, but the location was perceived by our participants as somewhat remote.
The cooperation with the team was excellent both in the preparation and on site - thank you very much!

I would like to sincerely thank Mrs. Söchtig, who has super cared for us, and has also accepted short-term change requests and questions. The ambience was more than satisfactory!
We felt very well looked after as PHINEO at our SKala-CAMPUS annual conference "Let's go! The first conference for more financial stability of non-profits" as well as at the final event of the SKala initiative. Every staff member we dealt with was available for us at any time (in the run-up as well as on site) and they made an effort to always process our requests smoothly and quickly. Thank you for that. - Food and drinks: unfortunately there was too little meat. (100 pers. booked and 80 actually present).
- Flexibility: we would have liked more flexibility regarding deliveries, viewing, dry-run.
Overall friendly advice and staff. Clean location with central location.
DAAD - Insights into German Research: The cooperation was very good, the whole team very committed and accommodating. The premises were well divided and suitable for our event. I will gladly recommend this service anytime!
The handling and support was impeccable. Despite the change of contact person, there was never a feeling of not being well looked after. Both employees were goal-oriented and always well informed. We and our customers enjoyed it. gladly again!
The cooperation and communication with Ms. Schäfer worked wonderfully. Even when we still had short-term technical requests, she had offered us solutions. I would also like to express special thanks to the technician on site. He was very nice and very committed. Thank you very much for your contribution to the success of the event.

The food and the Betreuunmg were very good.
The pre-bookings in the floor plan were somewhat confusing, so we were not clear that the permanently installed beamers in the individual rooms must be booked additionally, so unfortunately there were also not enough cables on site to compensate for the mishap. (BAFzA; VA on 13.09.2022)
Thank you very much for the great organization and implementation of the Sustainability Forum last week. What a great and impressive location - not only for events with high sustainability relevance.
As described above, we were very satisfied with the final result! However, from our point of view it is very difficult to communicate the exact number of participants and the exact program many weeks before the event. We are grateful that the addition of booking services) was still "just so" possible but perhaps one could offer such a flexible offer in principle. However, we also understand the planning effort. It would have been nice if you could have visited the location a few days before.
Thank you very much for the good preparation and support of our event! The Special Places team at the Tagungswerk harmonized well and was responsive and helpful at all times. Our guests and we felt welcome and comfortable at all times.
We still see room for improvement in the selection of drinks during the day (e.g. offer additional lemonade/coke) as well as in the free accessibility of the premises (risk of theft).
Overall, however, a great location and a great team. Thank you!
