During the seminar, through Mr. Herzberg's positive guidance, I experienced key moments that help me understand why I have not always found the use of nonviolent communication positive in the past. Especially when I have been hurt by the behavior of an opponent, trying to use supposedly nonviolent communication has tended to cause aggression that was not helpful to the progress of the conversation. Through this realization, I feel more able to incorporate Mr. Herzberg's model into my communication behavior without being influenced by my counterpart's past behavior that I perceived as hurtful.

Accompanied with passionate short video messages upfront to set expectations and stimulate motivation, Matthias has achieved to enrich my personal horizon both learning more about myself and the topic of leadership itself. It was the right and perfect mix of theoretical models and tools applied at the right time during the workshop, which has proven to be highly effective in shaping my learning journey. I was absolutely thrilled by the executive coaching with Matthias! Exciting content, practical relevance, personal anecdotes and interaction provide a lot of input to think about and reflect. Matthias' authentic and trustworthy manner creates a very pleasant and open atmosphere.

took us a big step forward as a group in just one day of the seminar.
With his focused attitude and practical implementation examples, he succeeded in picking up our works council committee individually in its complexity and then connecting it.
His attentive and non-judgmental attitude was helpful, which is certainly due to his many years of experience with managers and groups of all kinds.
The necessary portion of humor was also helpful to end the densely packed day well.

That was really great with you. I was allowed to participate in the course for managers with you and it was really special. I took away so much and promise to continue to implement some of it. You have never met such a sympathetic, committed and eloquent trainer. I would like to see your course become mandatory for employees, because you learn so much about yourself and empathy with colleagues. Some people still have some catching up to do.

In the training sessions, I was able to personally take away more input than in any other.
The atmosphere during the training is unique! Funny life experiences/events lighten up the round, which increases the willingness to learn.
