We were advised very well and extensively by Mrs. Heumer in the Münster branch. She was very committed and courteous. You do not get such advice in any standard furniture store.
The bed has now been delivered and we are more than satisfied with it.
In addition, we must also praise the great customer service and especially the excellent suppliers / assemblers.
What's more, we were even invited to the Betten Bormann comedy evening in which we unfortunately could not participate due to time constraints, but which typical furniture store offers something like that, so a nice gesture.
We will buy our next bed there again, although hopefully only in the very distant future.

The consultation was super. Especially nowadays, no one takes the time to listen. That was completely different here. Everything that was important to me was discussed in detail.

Despite many years of waterbed experience, I received new knowledge here. Mrs. Bergmann gave me very good advice and was also involved in the selection of accessories. A lot of time was taken during the expert consultation and we were allowed to try out the recommended mattresses several times in the store. Customer wishes were taken into account. It was also not the "most expensive" product recommended, but what really suits us. The delivery of the slatted frames and mattresses also went smoothly and to our complete satisfaction. Very friendly staff.
