Du findest deine Kinder anstrengend? Sie nerven dich? Mir ging es genauso! Bis ich erkannt habe, ICH darf meine emotionalen Triggerpunkte erkennen und auflösen. Ich bin mit Kerstin schon länger in Kontakt. Nachdem ich wieder an einem Punkt stand, wo ich von außen getriggert wurde half mir Kerstin durch ein Telefonat aus der Situation raus. Und plötzlich waren auch meine Kinder wieder entspannt und ruhig. Kerstin hat nicht nur meinen Tag gerettet sonder auch das meiner Kinder uns unser gemeinsames Familienleben. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Kerstin ist absolut hilfreich. Ich erkenne plötzlich die Situationen und habe Dank Kerstin auch Lösungen parat. Danke dir!
