Before the ancestor constellation I was often very tense, powerless and driven, often overwhelmed and a bit depressed. I had the feeling of being "stuck", although actually everything was "good"... . Often I was also in resistance and dissatisfied. During the constellation to feel the blatant burdens especially of the 1st and 2nd generation and to let go, has helped me enormously. Now I have the feeling to go forward much less burdened, have wonderful experiences and encounters with great people and with my parents finally very loving free (let) encounters. I am much more life-loving and have much more trust in my destiny. The precious gifts of my ancestors are a wonderful gift and I love to visualize them again and again. I honestly would not have believed that so MUCH is possible in just two appointments and that I can actually live in a completely different attitude towards life since then. In the almost 2 months we have been working together, so many things have changed in my life. I started with a diffuse feeling and heaviness inside me. At the beginning I was struggling a lot with old hurts, fear of really showing myself, strong fear of rejection and a feeling of lacking belonging. The reason I decided to work with Ms. Seidl was the deep longing within me to find myself. I still feel this longing, but in the meantime I have the feeling that I am on a good path. When I decided to work with Bianka Maria Seidl, I had family challenges that I wanted to understand. Where do they come from and what are my parts in them. As a result, I did not dare to live my full potential and energy. My intention was to release old entanglements and look at the issues of shame, guilt and lack.

During the process I became more aware of many things and since then I have a new view on the circumstances. Looking at and redefining my part in it has also helped me to no longer fight against something, but to accept it and thus release energy. This released energy brings power and joy back into my life and with it wonderful experiences.

Some exercises that worked very quickly and enriched my inner perception enormously were very amazing for me. As a result, I also experience my meditations more intensely and an inner clarity gives me guidance and support. I allow myself to stand up for myself, recognize my value and experience healing inside as well as outside.

Bianka as a mentor is clear, friendly and brings the important to the point, if it must be with emphasis. I have always felt comfortable and accepted as I am. I came to the Ancestor Constellation without any concerns, since the work is known to me in part through my training as a Systematic Family Constellator. Since the constellation I feel a clear difference in the contact with myself. I hear my inner voice more easily from day to day. I feel much more authentic.

Before working with Bianka Maria Seidl, I had the feeling of treading water, had hardly any drive, energy and was without perspective and courage.
I had a great emotional burden due to a family dispute. Together with this, old patterns of "not being wanted", feelings of guilt and being kept down showed up. My reaction to this was to retreat into a shell in order not to be seen, I made myself small, let myself be made small and left the "scene" to the others. My professional work exhausted me, made me lack energy. I felt I was facing a bournout, without perspective.

Through mentoring, I was able to learn many methods and was given a lot of tools to better deal with very different challenges. "From the ancestor constellation I had hoped to get clarity as to why I have problems really getting involved with someone. I also struggled with the fact that I always had to expend an incredible amount of energy for my success. Everything was always a bit exhausting. And despite a lot of effort, the desired "big" breakthrough never came.

I have known constellations for a very long time, what was special here was that I could not imagine,

Dear Bianka, I was already allowed to read your book about the ancestors and was already more than inspired. That I participate in the ancestor constellation was a matter of course for me. In seven weeks plus post-reflection, I have experienced incredible things in the hours we spent together. You can't imagine beforehand what happens inside you, but at the moment when we connect with the ancestors through your guidance, simply too much happens that can't be described.

I am very glad that in the meantime there is the possibility of online seminars. I would be poorer by a great experience if I had not participated. Getting to know the ancestors of the last 7 generations was partly very touching and has brought a great understanding into my life. I had the impulse to do an ancestor constellation and my soul and ancestors led me to Bianka Seidl.

What I like very much about her work is that Bianka puts a lot of emphasis on self-empowerment. She has led me through the generations, and I myself have received the messages of the ancestors and thus it was a joint collaboration in very high quality.

How I was before the constellation:
-disoriented in life
- an inexplicable heaviness, and despite my long spiritual path and many coachings, healers, I did make some progress in life, but as if with the handbrake on.
-I had a lot of fears and anger, everything was too much for me.
- I felt trapped in myself and was going in circles and did not know how to get out of it.
-total withdrawal in life, feeling powerless
- many of the same strokes of fate in the family and I didn't want to be exposed to that powerless and continue it like that.

After the constellation I had 21 days of certain tasks to rework and in the time, I thought to myself: "oh my, what has this only brought me now", old fears came up, my body detoxified by drinking hot water and I was not so well at first. I went through the processes and also got quality support here from Bianka.

After 19 days, tons of weight fell off me from one day to the next and thick chains were broken that prevented me from moving forward:
- I feel light and also things in the outside that had burdened me before, I now take with more ease and compassion, am more neutral and more in balance.
-I feel myself again and have arrived much more with myself.
-I get up in the morning and have joy of life and fun again.
- I have more than twice as much energy as before and really enjoy life and this has also led to more clarity, so that I now want to take the step into self-employment after 7 years without work.
-I go out again and have a desire for beautiful encounters and connections
-my fears have become much smaller and my confidence and self-love have grown.

I would never have thought before that so much is rolling before the constellation and how important this work is and that also with me so much old has fallen off. Through the many gifts that I have received from the ancestors, I have tailwind and that touches me so deeply and I feel like a mega booster that I have received in addition in life. I am no longer a victim of family history, but can now perceive my own issues more clearly and have additional support from the ancestors instead of the shackles.
