After my girlfriend and I were first disappointed due to a consultant who had canceled us at short notice and very unfriendly, we were then still convinced by Mr. Leutner when we were in Mannheim in the show house. He then convinced us by his very competent behavior and the very good advice, so that we then decided to build with Bien-Zenker.
The consultation was well-founded, competent and really understandable even for "beginners". Mr. Weinmann, as our contact person, worked out an optimal concept with a lot of patience and active listening.
We would work with him again at any time.
Before the appointment at Bien-Zenker Zweibrücken, we had actually already decided to build a house with a competitor. Through his outstanding commitment and his motivated and professional manner, Mr. Weinmann succeeded in convincing us of the advantages of Bien-Zenker in the course of the subsequent consultation appointments (during parallel consultation appointments with the competitor). Thanks to him, we are building the same house with Bien-Zenker in a better standard at much better conditions. We are very satisfied!

In times of rising interest rates, we were unsure whether we could still afford a home of our own and whether a high-quality provider would be suitable for us. Ms. Weinmann was able to convince us with her offer in terms of price and content. We particularly liked the fact that she took many wishes into account during the initial considerations of the floor plan and showed us that it is possible to realize our dream of owning our own home. We are very satisfied with the service and the contact with BienZenker and can say so far that we still think it was the right decision to have taken the path with BienZenker.
