In just a few weeks, we were able to make our family life so much more relaxed and loving because, as a mother, I in particular was able to learn so much about the development of the child's brain, the importance of the parent-child bond and identifying needs. At the same time, I was supported in taking a look at myself in order to work on and release obstructive beliefs, old wounds and counterproductive patterns. Thanks to Birgit and her competent team, I now feel perfectly equipped with a super helpful "toolbox" and extensive knowledge to be able to master difficult situations in the future.

Simply her lovely way of getting things across and addressing the respective topics with practical examples. She has enriched our life as parents so much. Thanks to her knowledge, we understand the background of the child's psyche and can therefore better empathize with the child. With her help, you can break out of old patterns and bring up your child in a way that is fair to them.

Birgit's program has opened my eyes to many things. The reflections and explanations help you in everyday life and the tips make family life easier and more harmonious. Birgit conveys the content very emphatically and has tips that are easy to implement but have a great effect on the child and can improve the relationship with the child.

It was the first time I had sought counseling support and was therefore hesitant and of course didn't know what to expect and whether it would really help me. I was not disappointed! I can absolutely recommend Birgit's work, thematically valuable, empathetic and situation-specific. no off-the-shelf blah blah blah! That's exactly what makes the small but subtle difference! I thought I already had a lot of theory and knowledge from all the parenting blogs and guides. But Birgit's work is different. The icing on the cake that everyone needs. I am absolutely thrilled with Birgit and how much passion she puts into her work. You can tell she has experience herself and that she also cares about making the world (families!) a better place(!). Yes, she does that!

I searched the internet for a long time for solutions to various minor and major problems within my family and finally found what I was looking for with Birgit.
The contents are all easy to understand and step by step you get a better understanding of the behavior of children, but also of yourself.
Our family life is no less challenging, but it has become much more harmonious again.

With the point: "acts attentively, appreciatively and empathetically" I would like to add many more asterisks ***that really impressed me!!!*** My feeling was always a "certain connection" and that although I live in the north of Germany and have not had any direct "personal" contact so far, but have done online coaching!)
