Rise up! Event in Salzburg, May 2024 - An excellent event with a focus on personal development. Where are you now and where do you want to be? What is holding you back and what steps do you need to take to get there? Birgit is extremely authentic, caring and goal- and action-oriented in terms of the participants. Even if her programs are of course also advertised, it is clear that she is serious about getting the participants on their individual path for their own good and that she also cares about them. This process is interrupted by exercises and show interludes. I can highly recommend this event to everyone (including men!) - it's worth every penny!

Even as a man, Birgit's lectures, exercises and experiences are incredibly useful if you get involved. Thank you Birgit and your team!

The group work and being together with many people facilitated this path to the new me!
Birgit gets the ball rolling, but I now have to do the work myself in my everyday life. My specially written index cards help me to do this. Personal effort is still required. If you don't feel confident enough to do this on your own, you can get support, but it costs money, but it's great that this is offered. I've been in the Birgit universe since fall 2022 and I haven't regretted it a single day so far. I have already done 2 different programs with her and was able to experience the event in Salzburg twice. I didn't expect it to be possible to top last year's event. But Lady Luck really did it! Rise Up! - The event // A wonderful experience of a rollercoaster ride of emotions.
You can't really describe it.
You have to experience it and feel it.
It is indescribable, magical!

But if someone were to ask me, I would answer:

We can all feel the same emotions, and yet everyone feels something different in the same situation.
At the Rise Up! event, you can throw your stones out of your backpack to easily climb the mountain of infinite possibilities and collect and pack the important and beautiful moments again.
And if you start to stagger because all the ballast has been disposed of at once, you will be lifted up and held.
From the person sitting next to you or a team member.
You meet people with whom you immediately feel connected and make new contacts or even friendships.
You can experience what it feels like to be appreciated and to receive energy and love exactly when you need it.
You can experience what it feels like to be able to give this back in another moment.

We are all the same, even if we look different from the outside.

If your inner voice tells you that you can't open up to so many people and let yourself go, then buy yourself a ticket. Because only when you leave your comfort zone can change happen and the vicious circle be broken. Your head voice will become calm, because it is the voice that wants to keep you in your comfort zone;

I can really recommend it to anyone (and everyone) who has had enough of the heavy backpack and wants to finally take control of their own life.

I saw her by chance and felt her vibration, which absolutely captivated me.
Now I was able to meet her in person and it surpassed everything. The event was... I can't find the words...
