I was inspired by a post from Philipp on Facebook. A picture of a man, before and after. In the end, the "flab" on the belly was gone. I wanted to try out the idea of online fitness. I got great contacts to special people, which each for himself, his contribution to the common and individual goal has contributed. For me, the door has opened to new thoughts and views on nutrition. Thus, I still strongly adhere to the low carb diet. I run regularly and was already doing well before Philipp's 30 day challenge. My goal was to have a few kilos less to be able to run faster and longer. In the 4 weeks it was 4 kilos less. After another 3 weeks, another 2 kilos less. Because of the new knowledge and habits I can estimate well what I can do to reach further goals. A valuable experience to coordinate nutrition, exercise and strength in a sensible way, even in the long term.
