Bruno is such a great, dedicated Berater. He listened to our needs, offered different possibilities and answered all our questions with patience. He was flexible, available and I am gonna say again patient because we had tons of questions and he explained everything. He informed us of solutions that I know meant less profit for him and decreased our loan difference by a very substantial amount which we deeply appreciate as we would never be able to find out those possibilities on our own and previous banks have not told us.
