This time, the focus was on customer communication, dormant customer activation and cold calling. And what can I say: as always, a firework of stimulating impulses, garnished with the important implementation support in the exercises. Everything was relaxed, with a lot of fun and always focused. Tobias also managed this time to give me, as a CEO and sales person with a passion, many new perspectives, for example on the topics of e-mail signatures, out-of-office notes, approaching new customers in a variety of ways and waking up our slumbering customers. His impulses were once again very important because they directly help us in our day-to-day business and, above all, bring us closer to our customers, especially through customer-oriented communication at all levels. The training was not only a refreshing knowledge shower, but pure practical implementation. Tobias kept the whole group constantly interacting, which allowed us to learn great things from and with each other. That is what distinguishes a first-class training.
