I was enthusiastic about the dynamics of the group, the intensive exchange and the very helpful discussion of the many leadership challenges in everyday life. Mr. Bobka understood perfectly how to pick up everyone for themselves and to sensitize them to the common leadership challenges, as well as to ensure in the implementation training that everyone could learn from and with each other. I found the topic of "leadership mindset" and the interdependencies between the effects of this on ourselves and the team particularly exciting. He deliberately placed small pinpricks again and again in order to sensitize us to the levers and tools of leadership work that are critical to success and won us over to new perspectives. Throughout all the days, the common thread was clearly recognizable for me as well as for my colleagues. I personally experienced the culture of dialog as very open; Mr. Bobka's guidance was always pragmatic and helpful and oriented to our company's practice. The high expectations that I had of the training in advance were fully met in retrospect and even exceeded in parts. In short, Tobias Bobka makes trainings that have a hand and a foot and help effectively in the result. His way of presenting is lively, rousing and stirring, always with a touch of humor at the right moment. The approaches to solutions and assistance are consistently practical and precisely tailored to our needs. I, as well as the rest of the group, felt super comfortable over all days, everything was taken care of in detail, perfect framework thus succeeded. Tobias Bobka has made me / us aware of many important aspects in the management of our teams, has critically questioned previous behaviors and has allowed us to take a different perspective. This has set in motion a very important learning process / activation process that has spurred on and motivated everyone as a group to approach some things with a different focus in the future. We have really been given more than enough tools and have been able to practice them in order to move forward in our day-to-day business together with the team. We also agreed that we would have many of our employees trained by him, because we have experienced the effect of working with Tobias Bobka ourselves and are convinced that we can move forward much faster and more effectively than each of us could on our own. In retrospect, I find the open communication among the group members and with Mr. Bobka very helpful in the joint change process with regard to our understanding of leadership and leadership behavior. The topics were communicated in an easy-to-understand and clear manner, and there was always enough time for one-on-one discussions and individual assistance during the breaks and outside of the training. Admittedly, I was worried beforehand that I might have to do things that went against my personality. Now I can say that I was pleasantly surprised throughout. Mr. Bobka adjusted individually to each participant and understood excellently how to inspire everyone to learn together. As a result, I stepped out of my comfort zone in many situations and tried out new things. For me, it was definitely worthwhile to be there. I'm now taking the many impressions and experiences with me into everyday life and will definitely be coming back to Mr. Bobka's offer of implementation support very soon.
For me, the topic of dos and don'ts in conflict resolution made a lasting impression and had an impact. The many practical tips and very concrete instructions in the exercises were a lot of fun and helped me a lot. I really like the commitment of everyone in the group to the charter of values and the standards in our management. In this way, our employees gain a clear orientation across the group and we gain security in the management of our teams. Mr. Bobka's presentation on dealing with resistance to change and his tried-and-tested tips were also inspiring. Giving effective feedback as well as asking for feedback from the team and our board was an important part of the training. I will definitely integrate this into my everyday life and live it. I also found the awareness of the different roles as a leader and their effect on our team fascinating and very good that we went into this in detail.
Personally, I particularly liked the authentic personality of Mr. Bobka as a trainer. He always manages to get groups interacting with each other in the shortest possible time, to open up and to focus on learning from and with each other. I was able to refresh or recall many approaches and approaches to leadership that I was already familiar with. The type and design of the training clearly determines the success of the subsequent implementation. Mr. Bobka sometimes really shakes people up and at the same time reports openly in his own passionate way about his own mistakes, setbacks and lessons learned in the management of small and large teams. This helps enormously to quickly accept the many tips and concrete assistance and ultimately to really tackle one's own learning areas.
I am very positively surprised by the training with Tobias Bobka. He senses when supplementary assistance is useful, asks many and sometimes positively probing questions, listens attentively down to the details and then gives the decisive tips. For my personal development as a manager, participating in the Leadership Training Intensive was definitely a benefit. Everything was tailored to us and our challenges, the topics were varied and the level of expertise was top notch. The entire group was enthusiastic about the days, which is by no means a matter of course. The personality of the trainer plays a decisive role here: open, sympathetic, direct, authentic throughout, helpful, attentive to detail and also very experienced in leadership himself!
My conclusion to the days with Tobias: entertaining, informative, exciting and lively as always. I was able to participate in a multi-day training with him for the second time, and this time I benefited greatly. I became even more aware of the stringent understanding of my role as a manager in day-to-day business, and how important small details in management are for the success of my team. The days also gave me even more courage to demand and fight for things that are important to me, as well as to align my decision-making proposals accordingly. The exchange in the group was also groundbreaking for me in many things, because everyone was super open and shared their knowledge and own experiences. I found it very valuable that we had enough freedom and Tobias also reacted flexibly to our wishes and requirements throughout the days. As a result, the group was totally alive and highly concentrated every minute. As a result, we developed great standards in leadership, as well as our charter of values in detail and fixed them for the entire group. It's also great that we always call Tobias afterwards and get concrete help when we need advice and an objective opinion. No one else does that in this quality!
I was surprised that each of us managers ultimately has to deal with similar problems and challenges and how super helpful it is to always be able to ask someone from the group of managers in the TransPak Group. The framework of the training was perfectly organized, the content and implementation ideally tailored to us and our challenges, compliments on this. My highlight, which really fascinated me, was the part on targeted communication in customer and employee dialog. I understood on a completely new level how one's own body language, gestures, facial expressions and choice of words can make the difference in the effect. The many practical examples and assistance have opened my eyes to many things and opened up a new level of perception. The exchange with colleagues also provided me with many valuable impulses, especially in employee management and the targeted selection of management tools in everyday life. I also found it helpful that Mr. Bobka allowed a lot of freedom for personal exchange and was totally flexible in adapting the content spontaneously as needed, so that we were able to extract the maximum added value for ourselves.
For me again super interesting, entertaining and extremely helpful days with Tobias Bobka. Without a doubt, it was a very intensive time, which has significantly advanced me personally and also our group of executives. It made me even more aware of the importance of close networking and permanent exchange with other executives in the group. Tobias again did an excellent job of connecting everyone in a targeted way and sharing their best-practice knowledge in a very short time. The impulse lectures and the training session by and with Tobias helped enormously and were so entertaining and motivating at the same time. The atmosphere was once again extraordinary, everything interlocked perfectly and the overall framework was perfectly designed for me and my colleagues. We were able to work together very intensively and learn from each other. A highlight was also the Fuckup Night with our board of directors, moderated by Tobias. This brought us all even closer together and highly motivated for the upcoming challenges!
Even as an experienced swashbuckler in the management of my location, I took a lot away from the training days with Mr. Bobka. He did an excellent job of creating an open and, above all, constructive and goal-oriented culture in which discussions were held openly across locations and functions. The critical examination of problems on site also helped me personally. In terms of leading discussions, I also got to know new approaches and ways of thinking, which are unusual at first but ultimately convincing in terms of results. I found the intensive exchange of experiences within the training units in the group and also with Mr. Bobka very good, who sensitized again and again with small to larger pinpricks for new views and ways of thinking. His sympathetic and consistently authentic manner made it easy to build trust and also to accept the change. He knows what he is talking about, has led many medium-sized and larger companies as a decision-maker, and this is noticeably reflected in everything. Here speaks the practitioner, who stands for solutions in practice, at the same time gives well-founded scientific reasons, in order to make a deeper understanding possible. So it remains exciting, varied over days and in the result the participation valuable for myself.
I am also a repeat participant with Mr. Bobka, up to now always in sales training, this time in group-wide leadership training. Without a doubt, I took away a lot for myself and my leadership work in my own team. Like many colleagues in the group, I found myself repeatedly realizing that there is potential in some areas for consistent implementation in my own leadership work. Especially in terms of leadership approach and overall communication. Addressing my own employees in a way that is appropriate to their type was a real eye-opener for me, and I learned a great deal that I can now put into practice. The composition of the group from all parts of the company and across all locations was also valuable this time. This gave me a new understanding of many points. We discussed many everyday challenges in a very open manner, and Mr. Bobka repeatedly provided direct support with concrete examples of implementation and training units so that we could apply what we had learned directly and make detailed adjustments if we had any questions. Mr. Bobka's appeal was also inspiring with regard to regular, goal-oriented leadership discussions in the team and the necessity of regular feedback loops for the important permanent improvement process from within the team. The days were absolutely profitable for me and the group and the topics were varied. I also feel a real desire to try out many new things and to develop myself further in terms of managing my team at the Empfingen site. It is also helpful that we are still in close contact with Mr. Bobka after the week, that we can ask questions and receive help at any time. This was also the case in the previous training sessions with him, which ultimately also always accounts for the great implementation success afterwards. I recommend Mr. Bobka to every manager who wants to develop with a lot of fun and energy and who relies on professional 1:1 support.

A highlight for me was definitely the topic of our own mindset and the impact on our personal success as well as our overall satisfaction. The assistance in the sales training, with targeted help from Tobias, I myself totally liked, I would not have thought so before. Since then, I have been practicing the daily challenge of following a clear conversation map on the phone as well as in personal conversations, communicating more precisely and actually achieving better results with more commitment. Also because I am more aware of my language and more aware of the expectations and needs of my counterpart and then also use them in my argumentation for the right solution, so that students and we both get more out of it. My takeaway: super training with a lot of good humor and power that really has a lasting effect.
What pleased and surprised me the most was how you reached and picked up our team. Especially in terms of service understanding and customer orientation, you really helped us and shook us up at the crucial points and then also worked out the solution with us right away. As a result, the acceptance of the solution was completely different. It was also great how you put us on the right track in terms of customer communication, so that we could remain authentically ourselves and at the same time appear as customer-oriented as possible to our counterparts. For me personally, I have learned how important details regarding positive language are and how it is possible to observe and develop oneself again and again. For me, the training with Tobias was extremely formative in how much I too am sometimes stuck in beliefs without being aware of it. I therefore found it great that Tobias gave me very specific instructions on how to track down these inhibiting beliefs, dissolve them and replace them with positive beliefs. Admittedly, even weeks after the training it is still a challenge sometimes, but I am actually succeeding more and more consistently. It also helped me that we were able to try things out in a really relaxed atmosphere during the group exercises and that Tobias gave us individual feedback with concrete help when we wanted it. In this way, I personally learned to bring more commitment into my communication and thus to actually close the deal faster. I feel totally positively encouraged by the training and also strengthened in my actions and also internalized to become more courageous, to dare more in selling our language courses, especially with regard to the intensive courses. Tobias has also awakened in me the ambition to work permanently on my sales technique and to try out much more in the team.
