I am totally satisfied. I started there mainly because I need to build up my back muscles even more for medical reasons. Since I've been training there regularly, I've had almost no back pain - that was my main concern. The training is very individual and tailored to you. A maximum of 2 people with a personal trainer. I can only give it full marks 👍.
