One of the best decisions I have made for myself personally regarding my health. The team around Christian is super dedicated, professional and always there for you. My initial skepticism about whether EMS really works and 20 minutes a week is enough has been pulverized. Keep up the good work!

Insgesamt in einer sehr kurzen Zeit höchste Effizienz. Klasse ist, dass sehr viele Muskelpartien individuell und einzeln eingestellt werden können. Somit kann bei Bedarf der Schwerpunkt nach Wunsch festgelegt werden wie z. B. Rücken-, Nacken und Schulterbereich bei "Büromenschen". Dies betrifft sowohl die Stärke der Impulse als auch die durchgeführten Übungen. Die Trainer sind spitze; man wird immer nach seinen Schwerpunkten gefragt und die (laufende) Beratung ist sehr umfangreich.
