Insgesamt in einer sehr kurzen Zeit höchste Effizienz. Klasse ist, dass sehr viele Muskelpartien individuell und einzeln eingestellt werden können. Somit kann bei Bedarf der Schwerpunkt nach Wunsch festgelegt werden wie z. B. Rücken-, Nacken und Schulterbereich bei "Büromenschen". Dies betrifft sowohl die Stärke der Impulse als auch die durchgeführten Übungen. Die Trainer sind spitze; man wird immer nach seinen Schwerpunkten gefragt und die (laufende) Beratung ist sehr umfangreich.
