WRITING CAMP IN THE SWARZWALD

With infectious good humor Janet led our pleasantly small group through her Freiburg. She never lost her butterfly-red-colored thread of our camp topics.
Since our three "writing luck days" turned out to be "weather luck days" as well, most of the workshops took place in beautiful parks or the lively old town. With our feet in the brook, or in the café with a view of the cathedral, we completed the creative writing tasks. The mutual reading aloud, on the other hand, took place at a duck pond. Even its swimming inhabitants cackled in applause afterwards.
Very helpful for me was the one-on-one conversation with Janet about my current writing project. Her prepared proofreading of a scene immediately brought us both into an exchange. Her tips and advice convinced me and I was able to take them in stride. I hadn't expected a writing voice analysis at all, and, wow, that was another special highlight!
I experienced the days as intensive, concentrated and instructive in an overall relaxed, positive atmosphere. The interaction with each other was - bookerfly - very respectful and cordial. Janet's experienced, professional coaching has encouraged me and I am going about my further novel revision with great desire - as if the flapping breath of a butterfly were blowing over me.

I highly recommend Janet's two and a half day writing camp. She picked up each of us where we are right now. I have already attended some workshops and still got many new and valuable tips. Also, we had a great location in Freiburg and were able to get to know the city while writing in the different places. I am happy to recommend it with 5 stars and hope for a sequel.

I thought the implementation congress was totally great. There were a lot of interesting topics and I was able to take a lot away with me. Every coach is different and I think that's a good thing. I feel lucky to be in the Bookerfly Club. Such a strong and friendly community, such great Bookerfly staff and great workshops. I haven't experienced that before in my writing life. I also find the topic of AI and the workshops on it highly interesting. I want to say thank you for that.

An infinite number of practical tips that can be implemented immediately - you can feel that someone here is wholeheartedly committed to book authors. I can recommend Bookerfly without reservation!

It was a professionally organized congress that I attended for the first, but certainly not the last time. It gave me valuable tips and a lot of motivation, so that I can now finish my second book project full of drive and much more professionally. The club has inspired me, encouraged me to get into writing and finally publish my book. I have learned so much and the exchange is just totally nice, also between the members. Thank you for the great content in this comprehensive congress. Although I don't write fiction, only non-fiction and guidebooks, I was able to take away a lot of new and valuable knowledge and met great people. I am already looking forward to the next congress.

I am very happy to have found a home in the Bookerfly Authors Camp where I can continue my education and exchange ideas with like-minded people. The path from the first idea to the publication of a book is long and sometimes exhausting. It is very helpful to be able to draw on the expertise of the Bookerfly team members during the development process. Meanwhile, the community gives me the feeling of being mentally connected to a colorful bouquet of colleagues.

Both organization and execution, presentation of the content were excellent. I am fascinated by the wealth and scope, the complexity that you show around the subject of the book.
Since I am 77 years old, I lack the prerequisites to even begin to incorporate some of the suggestions into my writing and book implementation process. I have written three manuscripts - 1. biographical novel, it has been with a publisher for about 1 year, 2. novel about effect of dreams, 3. about fabrication of thoughts and their course - so three manuscripts and do not get over the threshold of printing....
Two manuscripts are rough versions on my PC , I don't want to invest too much money, would probably be able - overcoming my shyness - to do readings or presentations....

It's amazing what the Bookerfly team always comes up with. Professional tips, tricks and lots of knowledge and motivation. And all this costs the participants nothing. More value for authors is hard to find.

I was there at the implementation conference and really have to praise the action. I was able to take away a lot of nice information and with the Goldpass you can watch all the videos again in detail. The passport costs, but that is also right so that performance is remunerated. Have enjoyed it in any case and keep Bookerfly now in the eye, so I miss nothing 😉

Offering this free of charge gets the highest respect from me! Even if I myself this year only a few workshops etc. could perceive: There is something for everyone. You don't have to need or like everything; you can just pick out what suits you.

The Bookerfly Implementation Congress was a great experience. So much interesting content and useful tips and tricks from all sorts of experts in all sorts of areas of the book world. I am thrilled.

I started the book journey with Janet and her wonderful team in March. Since then I have finally been able to start making my book dream come true and learn what is really important to tell a story, no matter how long it is. You get such wonderful support and even if you have a setback, there is always someone there to help. I am so happy that I decided to join the Bookerfly Club. Thank you very much for everything.

It was amazing: everything that authors need to realize their dream, to learn from professionals, to engage with like-minded people, to try things out in small workshops, to possibly also get a grip on fears of technology - that's what the lavish program offered. How good that right at the beginning there was the well-intentioned hint not to try everything and especially not to try everything for oneself right away. I don't think there is anything comparable in the German-speaking world. You can only get something like this off the ground if you put your heart and soul into it! A big thank you to the great Bookerfly team!

For me, the 2023 Congress was a great experience. The live events were very informative and were conducted by very well-known people. It is also great that you could watch video recordings, even users with a free ticket.
I hope the congress will be back next year.
