I have taken over as team leader since 01.10.2022 and have already picked up many tips via the newsletters and guides. I like the unagitated and factual way things are explained.

I have been working with Kai for many years. He is competent, authentic and knows what he is talking about. And he gives honest feedback. "Wash me, but don't get me wet" does not exist with Kai. Good thing. I can recommend Kai's Leadership Program to anyone who wants to learn new things as a leader or update/deepen what they have already learned.

Kai is extremely competent when it comes to the topic of "leading employees". He is always available if you have questions and leads the workshops at eye level and without airs and graces, as many coaches do nowadays. I really appreciate that about Kai. His course material is maintained in an absolutely exemplary manner. There is a PDF or video from him for everything. We will certainly use Kai's services more often in the future.

I highly recommend his contributions, especially to younger leaders, but definitely to more experienced ones as well. I particularly like Kai's approach to leadership, because it is characterized by honest appreciation for the employee and a "promote and challenge" in the most positive sense. Because in this way - and only in this way! - employees can develop their full performance. You can really learn something from this man - for your own leadership work and also as a human being.
