The seminars clearly live from the great practical relevance. This makes it much easier to transfer the knowledge into one's own practice and also creates a great seminar atmosphere. The very good organization - both in presence and digitally - is also beneficial. I have not experienced a comparable digital seminar format elsewhere.

I took the Operational Process Management certificate course via blended learning. The videos were very good and clear in \"digestible\"" The videos were produced in a very good and clear manner in "digestible" units and, in addition to the theory, also conveyed the practical relevance. The theory was taken up in the classroom training, where the focus was on transfer to practice through many exercises. I was really able to take away a lot of ideas for concrete application, which is not a matter of course at every seminar. The framework conditions, especially the atmosphere in the group on site, were also very good."

Last month I took a preparation course for the CBPP exam with Thomas Urbabiak and I am very satisfied. He has very well the core topics for the CBPP degree compact and well conveyed and thus prepared one well for the exam. Even if the day is very exhausting and little time for questions (due to the large number of topics - in advance was kindly informed by the organization lady Ms. Weimar that the content must be learned beforehand in self-study). For me convincing, also in comparison. I had looked at an academy in Heidelberg and it failed (no reference to the self-study of about 500 pages in the CBOK...). This wanted to teach you in about 2.5 days the 500 pages, I think is a waste of money, because thus a failure in the exam is almost guaranteed!

Mr. Schnägelberger lives process management - it has been his topic for more than 10 years. This specialization is noticeable to him and BPM&O. It is not just "only" consulting, but a concern.
In addition, there is an appreciative and very sympathetic manner together with a seasoned consultant.

The solutions are pragmatic and definitely broaden my horizon. I also appreciate the active network.

The consulting fees are absolutely reasonable for such a level.

We are currently still in the middle of consulting, so I have left some detailed assessments blank.
