As a possible new customer, I have questions about the products. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone, despite opening hours and verified phone number. That is not good service.
Since I work with shopware and needed a theme, I came across the company BrandCrock.
Since I unfortunately had no knowledge in the technical area and several questions, I wrote to the support.
Who answered me immediately and helped me.
When I had more questions and it was very urgent, I called the support. The support was super nice and helped me with my problem with the theme! I had so many questions and they answered them for me. The technical problems were solved by BrandCrock.
