At the beginning of this year I had a consultation with Dr. Klöppel in Munich. Through his extraordinarily good experience and explanation of axillary breast augmentation, I then, a short time later, made an appointment for surgery at the Iatros Clinic. Originally I wanted teardrop-shaped implants.
During his consultation, Dr. Klöppel showed me on the basis of many pictures and during the trial wearing of the implants that round implants would be the closest to what I wanted, and he was right.

I am 1.54 m tall and had just a slightly asymmetrical A cup.
My wish was to have symmetrical breasts with a full B or small C cup, which would suit my petite figure.

I had 240 cc implants placed in my left breast and 215 cc implants in my right breast, which compensated for the slight asymmetry.
The size and shape have been ideally adapted to my body.

Hello, after two pregnancies, I had the chance to make a breast surgery. After a careful search, I found Dr. Klöppel & colleagues. At my appointment, all fear was taken away. I was very comprehensively informed about possible consequences, as well as the different breast sizes. The surgery was a complete success. Dr. Klöppel performed an implant exchange with capsular fibrosis on me.

In 2003 I got my first implants, which now needed to be replaced due to a detected capsular fibrosis.

I have always been very dissatisfied with my chest. No shirt wanted to fit so right. I don't even need to talk about bikinis. I was constantly plucking. When I went shopping, I didn't take what I liked, but what fit reasonably well.
At some point I summoned up all my courage and inquired about doctors who perform breast augmentations.
When I read all the positive reviews of Dr. Klöppel, I was skeptical. Are all these reviews really genuine? Is this doctor really that good? After all, there are always people who have something to complain about - no matter what. In any case, my interest was aroused.
So I made a non-binding appointment for a consultation. The team gave me a very warm welcome and I felt at ease right away. Dr. Klöppel took all the time in the world to give me comprehensive advice and answer all my questions. I was allowed to try on different cup sizes and test what fits me best.
The different surgical techniques were also discussed, as well as the implant shapes.
I decided to have an axillary breast augmentation.
On my big day, I was very nervous before the surgery. Dr. Klöppel radiated a calmness, and calmed me down. I was also in good hands after the operation and was cared for in every way. The team was always available to answer any further questions. I did not experience any severe pain. The most unpleasant thing for me was that I was only allowed to sleep on my back for a while.
The result is absolutely great! It looks totally natural and was exactly the size previously discussed. There were no complications whatsoever.
