The delivered quality and satisfaction is known to me through relatives (customers of Brenner). The workmanship there looks top notch.
Customer service logically takes a bit longer due to the amount of requests.
However, the advice is poor, only things were shown why something does not work, no solutions or explanations that it is not worth it or would be too expensive. It was also not addressed to possibly use other products, this is not possible.
For us, it seems that no energy transition is promoted here and no money wants to be earned (enough other simpler orders).

The scaffolding costs are specified by our specialist partners and depending on the structural conditions, it is not always avoidable that the scaffolding costs are higher. Very often it turns out that "cheaper" solutions do not comply with the regulations of the employers' liability insurance association! And we do not compromise on employee protection.
